Pay Data

The Center tracks 113 employee positions common to local governments in Southwestern Ohio.  This data is used to benchmark pay for these positions.  This information is useful in local government for CBA negotiations, setting pay ranges for new positions, negotiating ranges, and ensuring that governments are competitive in the local job market.  For each position in the Pay data study, the Center tracks pay range, as well as whether the position is full-time or part-time, and whether it is part of a bargaining unit.


Pay data is available to any Center for Local Government member entity, and can be found in the member log-in section.  Below is a link to the positions that the Center tracks:
