Collaborate
We facilitate partnership and teamwork across our membership to help them deliver first tier programs and services. Effective and timely communication from CLG to our members helps to keep governments up to date on programs in CLG communities and fosters shared or joint programs and service delivery.
Coach
We help our members learn, grow and keep up to date with current methods and ideas. We offer numerous trainings, along with our training partners MVCC and MVRMA, on a wide variety of topics applicable to various departments and staff, including our popular Leadership Academy.
