T.J. White

T.J. has served as Executive Director of the Center for Local Government (CLG) since 2012. In his time at CLG, he has been involved in creating many initiatives related to intergovernmental collaboration. These include the Southwest Ohio Regional Refuse Consortium, the CLG Leadership Academy and others. T.J. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Miami University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University. T.J. is also a member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA); the Ohio City/County Management Association (OCMA); the Cincinnati/Kharkiv, and the Ukraine Sister Cities Partnership.
Lori Stuckey

Lori has worked at the Center for Local Government since 2006. She started as an Administrative Assistant and added more responsibilities as she transitioned to Program and Data Manager and then to her current role. Lori has a background in Insurance, as both an Underwriter and a Systems Analyst. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Cody Smith

Cody has been with the Center for Local Government since February 2020. He graduated from Wright State University with a Masters in Public Administration in 2018.Cody oversees the Justified Use of Force Program, administers the Annual Survey and Spot Survey programs and coordinates the Human Resources Luncheons and other programmatic and training areas as assigned. Cody is a member of the Ohio City/County Management Association (OCMA). Outside of his work with the Center for Local Government, he works as a Firefighter/EMT in Greene County.
