T.J. White
Executive Director

T.J. has served as Executive Director of the Center for Local Government (CLG) since 2012. In his time at CLG, he has been involved in creating many initiatives related to intergovernmental collaboration. These include the Southwest Ohio Regional Refuse Consortium, the CLG Leadership Academy and others. T.J. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Miami University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University. T.J. is also a member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA); the Ohio City/County Management Association (OCMA); the Cincinnati/Kharkiv, and the Ukraine Sister Cities Partnership.

Lori Stuckey
Director of Operations

Lori has worked at the Center for Local Government since 2006. She started as an Administrative Assistant and added more responsibilities as she transitioned to Program and Data Manager and then to her current role. Lori has a background in Insurance, as both an Underwriter and a Systems Analyst. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Ziah Huett

Ziah started at the Center for Local Government in early February of 2025. He recently graduated from Xavier University in December 2024, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics. Prior to starting his position as the Assistant Director, Ziah was an intern for the Keep Kearney on Council campaign for the 2023 city council election. After this position, he interned with the Center for Local Government for the Fall 2024 semester, focusing on the Center’s Justified Use of Force Simulator (JUFS) program.
